With a diverse background as a serial entrepreneur, healthcare executive, physician, and manager of high-performing teams, Jim has a proven track record of driving growth and success across various sectors.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Hendrix College, his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, and his MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler School of Business.

Outside of work, Jim cherishes time with his family and enjoys hobbies such as reading, cooking, fishing, and beekeeping.
