Christian is the Managing Director at Black Diamond Capital Advisory Firm.
Christian’s broad experience includes general management, strategic planning, engineering and finance. Adept at optimizing resources, generating significant cost savings, and promoting innovative solutions in complex environments, he strives to find the best solution for the challenge.
In addition to a Bachelor of Science in Systems and Industrial Engineering, Christian holds an MBA and has his Series 79 & Series 63 licenses as well as Real Estate Broker licenses in multiple states.

Lane originally joined Black Diamond as an associate focused on financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research. He currently assists in advisory services and business development.
Lane received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arkansas’ Sam M. Walton College of Business. In addition, Lane holds a Real Estate License for the state of Arkansas and is actively pursuing his FINRA licensing.
Outside of work, Lane loves to spend time with family and friends and enjoys time outdoors playing soccer, golf, or climbing.

Andy is an experienced Chief Operations Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the food, beverage, and distribution industry. He is a strong business development professional skilled in negotiation, forecasting, budgeting, operations, valuation, and strategic planning. He is also an experienced entrepreneur with 20 years of business ownership with sales from 5 to 48 million annually.
Hobbies include spending time at the beach, fishing, music, and friends.
Origination Director
Jacob Oliver is Director of Origination at Black Diamond, where he leads the firm's content and outreach strategy. He focuses on building relationships with business owners, investors, and strategic partners.
Before joining Black Diamond, he worked as a technology and finance journalist, covering the intersections of cryptocurrency, U.S. policy, and global markets. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Washington

With a diverse background as a serial entrepreneur, healthcare executive, physician, and manager of high-performing teams, Jim has a proven track record of driving growth and success across various sectors.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Hendrix College, his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, and his MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler School of Business. Outside of work, Jim cherishes time with his family and enjoys hobbies such as reading, cooking, fishing, and beekeeping.

Christian Voss has over 25 years of experience in financial services and private capital markets. Mr. Voss began his investment banking career at Merrill Lynch & Co., working in private capital markets advisory across New York, London, and Hong Kong. Christian is currently a Founder and Managing Partner of Bedford Capital Group in New York, overseeing U.S. investment banking operations and advising on private financing and capital raising for middle-market clients. Previously, he was Managing Director at Knight Capital Group for seven years, focusing on private markets. Before that, he led BNP Paribas Securities’ Global Private Debt Markets team in New York and London, where he built out their private placements desk for mid-cap financings.
Christian holds a BS in Finance and Economics from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University, where he was an Arthur R. Taylor Scholar.
