Christian is the Managing Director at Black Diamond Capital Advisory Firm.
Christian’s broad experience includes general management, strategic planning, engineering and finance. Adept at optimizing resources, generating significant cost savings, and promoting innovative solutions in complex environments, he strives to find the best solution for the challenge.
In addition to a Bachelor of Science in Systems and Industrial Engineering, Christian holds an MBA and has his Series 79 & Series 63 licenses as well as Real Estate Broker licenses in multiple states.
M&A Leader
Lane originally joined Black Diamond as an associate focused on financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research. He currently assists in advisory services and business development.
Lane received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arkansas’ Sam M. Walton College of Business. In addition, Lane holds a Real Estate License for the state of Arkansas and is actively pursuing his FINRA licensing.
Outside of work, Lane loves to spend time with family and friends and enjoys time outdoors playing soccer, golf, or climbing.

Andy is an experienced Chief Operations Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the food, beverage, and distribution industry. He is a strong business development professional skilled in negotiation, forecasting, budgeting, operations, valuation, and strategic planning. He is also an experienced entrepreneur with 20 years of business ownership with sales from 5 to 48 million annually.
Hobbies include spending time at the beach, fishing, music, and friends.
Marketing Leader
Christina is a seasoned marketing professional with over 18 years of experience in retail and content marketing.
She has a proven track record of driving growth and revenue through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns. She has a deep understanding of consumer behavior and is skilled at creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
While new to the M&A space, Christina is passionate about staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the marketing world and is always looking for new ways to drive results.
M&A Associate
Chase is originally from Phoenix, AZ but has spent time in multiple states including Hawaii, Texas, and Tennessee. He recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Christian University with a degree in Finance and Accounting, while serving as a student manager for the Horned Frog baseball team.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, walking, reading, playing golf, or attending sporting events. He also enjoys traveling to new places around the United States and has been to over half of the states, aiming to reach all 50 states.
Executive Administrative Assistant
Kinzie is responsible for improving company procedures through scheduling, organizing, and completing administrative tasks.
As a former teacher, bookkeeper, secretary, and customer service representative, Kinzie’s background varies in education and administrative services. In 2019, she graduated summa cum laude from Missouri Southern State University, located in her hometown of Joplin, MO, with a B.S. in Elementary Education. Kinzie moved to Northwest Arkansas to spend more time doing what she enjoys--biking, hiking, reading at coffee shops, and spending time with family and friends.
Kinzie is achievement driven and is motivated by helping others.
