WHAT DOES IT ENTAIL?
The program was designed based on years of successful M & A transactions knowing what buyers value in an organized acquisition process. There are 17 components to the program. We walk you through the process and you provide us the relevant information requested during each step. We send you the information request (most of which should been easy to obtain). We then meet on the phone once a month to review the information and provide feedback from a buyer's perspective. We organize all of the information for you and create a TTM (trailing 12 month spread) as well.
